About Gotham Hospitality
As an accomplished New York City real estate developer, Gotham develops and manages trendsetting food and beverage venues that provide a unique amenity for residents of Gotham properties, while helping to bring new excitement and energy to transform their neighborhoods.
Gotham Hospitality’s first venture, Gotham West Market, launched in 2013, infused a new culinary energy into Hell’s Kitchen, transforming the neighborhood with a stylish and exciting dining, drinking, and hangout destination. This hip, gritty space reminiscent of Hell’s Kitchen’s colorful past has been named “one of the coolest places in New York,” by Complex Magazine, and is the only food hall to receive 2 stars from The New York Times. Gotham West Market launched the modern food hall trend, cited as inspiration by numerous new entrants around the globe, from Iceland to Portland to Denver to Atlanta.
Gotham built upon the success of Gotham West Market with its newest venture, Gotham Market at The Ashland. Situated at the base of its newest residential tower in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, the Market showcases local chefs and new drinking and dining concepts, bringing a much needed culinary and entertainment option to Brooklyn’s Cultural District.
